'Kawhe' - meaning coffee in te reo Máori 

'Ano' - the root word for ‘Anothen’, which means ‘from above, ‘again’, or ‘anew’ in ancient greek.

The motto of Kawheano is reuse and restore

​

We aim to reuse wasted resources in our communities, such as used coffee grounds, and share the benefits with people who walk the journey of restoration.

How?

A portion of the net profit goes to NGOs supporting people who walk the journey of restoration. 

 

We also aim to provide employment opportunities for those who are socially and economically disadvantaged.
